More with Temptresse and Diane Browne

We first met TEMPTRESSE BROWNE when the 16-year-old auditioned for "American Idol." Despite winning the hearts of judges SIMON COWELL , PAULA ABDUL and RANDY JACKSON -- as well as those of America -- she didn't make it to Hollywood. Her disappointment showed as tears flowed down her cheeks, and the judges walked her out to break the news to her family, including mom, DIANE BROWNE , who weighs more than 600 pounds. It had been Temptresse's hope that "American Idol" might be the ticket to a better life for her family. ET is following the story by sending KEVIN FRAZIER to the Brownes' South Philadelphia, PA, home to talk with the mother and daughter. But, he also creates a special day for Diane, who is unable to walk without assistance and uses an electric wheelchair to get around, by bringing a van to transport Diane and Temptresse for a day on the town.
