American Idol - I'm the One That You Want — When the semifinals began, we felt there were more talented girls than guys. As the season has progressed, we've done a 180, now that the wheat has been separated from the chaff. Pop Critics — Week three of American Idol 2008 continued last night with the Top 8 Women performances. The men showed up to compete on Tuesday night so the women knew they had to bring it. I think, once again, the women of Season 7 improved from the previous week although they are still no match for the men for the most part.
